Pricing
Three tiers. Public pricing. No proposal cycle.
Every tier has a monthly minimum. The minimum covers firms up to 10 users; firms with more than 10 users pay a per-user amount above the minimum. Tier choice is about which capabilities you need, not about firm size — a 5-attorney firm and a 40-attorney firm can both sit at Defense. Month-to-month with 30-day notice. Qualified deals can receive a 12% discount when prepaying annually.

How we price
What we publish is what we charge.
Annual prepay discount, where it fits
Qualified deals can receive a 12% discount when prepaying annually: one invoice, one budget line. Eligibility depends on deal scope; we confirm at proposal. No multi-year commitments either way.
Month-to-month, 30-day notice
We earn the renewal every month. If we stop earning it, you walk with 30 days' notice. No exit fees, no clawbacks.
No onboarding-fee waivers
The onboarding fee covers real work: deployment, configuration, integration, training, and the first month of stabilization. We can spread it over three months. We do not waive it.
Sentinel requires M365
The SSPM tooling at Sentinel runs inside Microsoft 365. If your firm is on Google Workspace, Defense is the right tier: same EDR, same email security, same backup, same SAT, same 1-hour SLA.
Above 10 users, pricing scales per attorney.
The numbers above are floors. Your actual deal depends on user count and tier mix. We confirm exact numbers on the proposal call.
